Is There a Boom and Bust Cycle in Latin America?
A lot of Peruvians do not support Castillo and what he was trying to do in office. It just creates, you know, again, another one of these cycles of violence and political dysfunction. Some people are worried that we could be in for another lost decade now in the 2020s. The point being there is just nothing that is clearly a driver of economic growth on the horizon.
