We need to improve our victims services across London, both from policing and with partners. But the question people will be asking is how many more killers or rapists are there in the Met? That's a question the Commissioner has been asked a couple of times today. I cannot sit here today and give you 100% reassurance that we want to get to. We need to do a whole load of work because we learn lots of stuff through the truly awful carrot case about how we hadn't joined the dots of offending in history.
