The Super Heavy Booster Test
The most significant test I've seen so far at this moment is the super heavy booster with a 14 engine static fire test. This is going to be in excess of 16 million pounds of thrust when it goes off. They tested 14 of the 33 engines simultaneously, which they don't normally do. It's been an extraordinary year with so much space flight from SpaceX alone.
