So oftentimes you can't if your startup raised 10 million dollars and there's a lot of money flowing and people Departments are getting budget. I would argue that Most startups are scrappy But they just aren't necessarily scrappy in the marketing department They have to be scrappy with developers and product development and sales and Finance but oftentimes are not Scrappy in the Marketing department for whatever reason.
