Realtors cannot talk smack about other agents, but there are a lot of agents who are very dangerous out there. Find someone you believe that can serve you and communicate well with you. An agent that's had to do a lot of houses every transaction is its own puzzle to solve. The more problems they've dealt with, the better they're going to be capable of serving me.
