Wall street saw something else, a chance to short an ambitious bet against amazon they believed was bound to fail. Thedared game stop going up against the amazon. What a bunch of dunces. So wall street hedge funds and otherwise the elites, they're smarter than you, they shorted it in mass. They had the acquired rights to sell the stock at a certain price, thinking it was going to go down.
