The book is called the hot zone, by richard preston. It's about the bola outbreak in the eighties. And so reading that in parallel to day hs been very, very interesting experience. One of the biggest red pill moments for me last year was reading the three body problem trilogy ams coming up a lot in the hacker communities. I think it's very possible, and even probable, that there is some form of life form out there that we construe as alien, that exists. As augmentation, genetic and otherwise becomes a thing that wold become a very interesting conversation in the coming decades.
