Is There a Bubble?

"There's a bubble. The question is, will it pop? That's, i do believe there's a bubble, but i don't think it's going to pop," he says. "This is obviously a peak, right? And so will it, will it come down at some point, probably, right?" He adds that the people in the market are dictating what their home is worth - and they're over paying for it.
