I'm Not a Worthy Player in Publishing, Right?

Andi i think it takes a lot of courage for people to create these open letters that we're seeing on on Twitter and elsewhere. It seems like pats upward in publishing, and pats too publishing, sort of dry up every day. And if you don't give the people who are supposed to grow into these rolls, yepase to grow so that they can grow into the roll that they're going to eventually have to take, it's just, you know, a talent sack for the industry.
