Ukraine: A Window of Opportunity

Don't you think this is a window of opportunity after what we saw two weeks ago with the chaos in the Wagner group moving on Moscow? Are we missing that window? Well, we are missing lots of windows, Brian. I don't understand sometimes our philosophy of what we're doing with Ukraine. We talk about we've given them F16s and yet we haven't even released the policy decision to allow training to occur.
