Do You Know When You're Shortening Something?
I was on the treadmill, doing a warm up before i started my actual workout. And instead of going for ten minutes, i went for ten minutes and 30 seconds. Now that's just a little bit extra. If you're shortening yourself at the gim, you're going to be shortning yourself somewhere else as well. I'm trying to get better at remembering people's names. You know what are your friends working on? Find out what they're working on right now. Do you know someone in your network who could possibly help you connect with them? Tell them why you think it would benefit them.
