Building a Portfolio - Capital Growth
John and Emily are buying a 950 odd square metre block in their hometown. They think it's going to rent for about probably 250 per week. The yield is pretty solid, but they don't expect it to be worth 300, 400k soon. This is the first time John has been able to focus on capital growth rather than just improving his property portfolio. He says he wants to get some cash flow out of this property so that he can do something like this 20 years later.
