The Delhi Police and the Shina Bora Case

The Delhi police is an exemplary force in my opinion. Its official and unofficial connections, moles and informal networks are widespread. Ravindra Kumar too had his own set of baggage to the cities. Urban India is ravaged by its own cultural and political issues. But owing to its metropolitan sensibilities, urban cities are socially far more progressive than rural India. We often ignore the rural to urban mass migration that occurs in India.
