I didn't have any bets that qualified to be paid out because they would have won regardless of the outcome of this missing game. I only had some bets that lost and some bets that were unsettled. So it wasn't a complete free roll situation, but that still doesn't excuse them violating their own house rules. The gaming regulator in my home province of Ontario is going to decide with me to get my money back. And so I filed this lawsuit in Ontario small claims court. 100% of people that I have spoken to believe I am on the right side of this case.
