Is There a Mass Observer?

The book is a collection of essays written by girls aged 12 and 13 in bolton during the reign of King George III. The children were all from working class backgrounds, with some even having to leave school because they didn't have enough money. They wrote about everything from their love of cinnamamas to what it was like to grow up as an only child at that time. One thing that really drove us to write this book was when we saw the descriptions that one of the mass observers had actually made of the children whose essays we had read. We became very fond of them very quickly.
