In 1838, Joseph smith used a word that we don't use any more called aristarchy. An aristarchy is the rule by good or excellent men. He starts to mesh that with this idea that a god wants to bring a peace to the earth,. and one of the things that he will do to do that is to create the kingdom of god on earth - but it will be a theo democracy.
