Fasting is still important too because these fasting protocols, it matters what are you doing in that window when you are eating? Right. Plenty of people losing weight on this fasting protocol, they just ended up in a calorie deficit. But if you haven't increased your fruit and vegetable intake, you're still eating a lot of red and processed meat and you're having beer or glass of wine, there's still an increased risk from those dietary factors as well. Yeah. So for people that have are already normal, healthy, weight and active, that this idea of adding a fasting protocol on top of that would confer additional cancer prevention. We really can't say that. Yes.
