The Russians Are Leaving Their Body's in the Streets

General Jack Keane says when it comes to mobilized Russian troops cut 40 despite the fact that Putin is going to mobilize hundreds of thousands of troops many of them are going to be physically and medically unfit. The Ukrainians can still have the upper hand so the 300,000 they tried to mobilize it basically cost tens of thousand to call had tens of thousand head to the border and leave the country rather than serve. When these troops do show up while quantity always has a quality all of its own it will help them to some degree but it's not and I say not going to be decisive so the Ukrainians can stillhave the upper hand.
