So it does feel like a community of practice rather than a community of masters and experts. But you've got organizations like hire the appliance manufacturer in China who's doing totally radical things with team structure and empowerment. You've got handles bunking, which is a Swedish bank that effectively doesn't have a traditional budget but are as profitable or more profitable than any European bank year over year.
