My company had been sort of inching up to a mandate, and i sort of was able to live with some of the incremental steps. But then they suddenly made the decision that they were going to require, require the facts or get fired by a date certain. We did not e was either get fast or your fired again, subject to any exemptions you might get. There was no consideration of fact that if you're vaxed or unvaxed, you can both get and transmit the virus.
