The Four Pillars of New York City

Eric Adams announced in the midst of announcing a budget that is just an austerity budget. It was framed around what he describes as the four pillars of New York City. Wellness partnerships, tithing, scale and sustain things that work are among them. The final two pillars are Muhammad who would have been stoned to death for not paying tithing.
