The Five Pillars of Big Stick Leadership
The book is based on the five pillars of big stick leadership from 19 hundred when teddy roosevelt as was in leadership. It's a pretty unique and interesting way to take such an old philosophy that was written, you know, at the beginning of the twentieth century,. before social media, internet, cars, main stream electricity, and all that stuff. So i think redell's readers will find that interesting and more importantly, i hope they can take some, some pieces of advice and may be learned from some of my stories, and put them into practice in their lives. That's fantastic. And i'm interested to see if this hundred year old philosophy stands the test of time.
