Theestys and the Sword
Theestys was banished from the city, but sought out advice from an oracle about what he should do. He didn't want to be known for incest, so he disguised himself and sent his daughter on an errand,. then attacked his daughter on the road. This is like peak Greek mythology. Atreus had two sons, who had been visiting another kingdom when their father had been killed. They were now dispossessed of their birthright; they would take Theestys' curse.
