Do You Need a Shipper Transportation Agreement?

Having a credit application is standard, but would we like all of our shippers to sign a shipper transportation agreement? It helps eliminate some of the claims things that come up. For our platinum customers, we go with the Master's Service Agreement where there is a commitment to volumes in the business and exclusivity. Those agreements develop over time and you have to right size them to specific types of shippers.
