Georgia Governor's Race - Is This a Story About a Democrat?

Raphael Warnock, Senator Warnock is the only Democrat who won statewide in this election. The changing demographics in Atlanta area in the state made it possible for Warnock to capitalize on this situation. Brian Kemp easily won the governor's race. There's a certain type of voter disapproves of Biden still as very skeptical of the Democratic Party.
