Is There a Justification for the Killings of Innocents?

There is an ignorant opinion of Muslims as terrorists Especially in the West. I think if we have to actually enforce on religious leaders to to promote an element of respect and tolerance of those we disagree with it would make a big difference. There's no justification whatsoever from revelation for those type of acts for you know killing and so on In fact the Quran is quite clear that whoever saves one life is equivalent to having saved entire humanity The element of justice is enshrined in Islam in a very strong way as well.
