The Search for Meaning
The search for meaning is an obsession on the left and t right these days. A lot of my book is an argument against hedonism, against it of a simple minded hedonism. But got to say, as i was writing the book, i ended in arguing with some hedonists i know. They'd say, well, meaning, that's a bunch of crap. Like people say they want meaning thiy just want to be happy. And i found that useful.
