What Is Plausible Legal Argumentation?
Lincoln at one time did not hold and reject it almost but thet he came under the really trying conditions of the civil war and under the pressure of necessity, to adopt these arguments. It seems to me that it's very ambiguous or uncertain, how we're meant to interpret this. And i think you interpret it in different ways at different times in the book.
