The body of Charles Humphreys is found in a McCall sack by a culvert. He had been shot multiple times and was lying on his right side, legs bent upward at the knee. His pants pockets were turned inside out; this could indicate he wasn't paying for sex. Police worked all night long into the next day to track down those who knew him.
