Is Randy Rosarana a Player Who Will Benefit From the Shift Ban?

Randy Rosarana is one of the players whose value changes a lot from head to head points leagues to roto leagues because he's also really, really streaky. I just find it hard to draft a player who hit under 220 inside of the first four rounds. Kyle Swarber seems like a great pick at this point considering his low batting average last year. There's kind of a chasm in round three and four where I wouldn't want to take an outfielder.
