How to Meditative Practices
I sit in my truck for a long time and I just let myself grieve if I have to because one of the things I don't you can cry in front of your clients and and people but. And I'm obviously experiencing something alongside them. So yeah, I have practices of just sitting in my truck, having a little cry, listening to music, reminding myself of my own meditative practices too. It's really helpful. But I try and Henry brought this up in my first training with an elder actually. I leave everything at the door. Unless I'm, you know, intending to work that day. He says he always has two days a week off that are just for me
