Addiction for a Second

i think addiction is a universal problem, something that we all deal with. The only reason we don't see how universal it is is that some addictions are acceptable. We all tend to get stuck on things en external things to make us feel all right. And drugs are just one special case of that. I've seen addicted runners who get into tremendous problems, both physical and mental. It's better to be addicted to running than to smoking cigarettes.
