Beowulf's Sea Monster Story
The monster had eviscerated scores of his best warriors, and who had been a dark, haunting symbol of his shame was gone. King Rothgar congratulated Beowulf, and honored him before the weary warriors. They gathered around the arm and shoulder that Grindel had left. Unfirth felt Beowulf pat him on the back, and just stood wide eyed. Staring at the thing, he looked up at Beowulf. The pair nodded at each other, and Unfirth went to help the others restoring the meat hall. When the meat hall was finally repaired, King Rothgar put on a magnificent celebration in Beowulf's honor. There was poetry drinking swords
