Recent neurobiological studies show that "cognitive friction"—the struggle to organize a thought into a paragraph or a logic flow into code—is the exact mechanism that builds the human prefrontal cortex. By using AI to "skip to the answer," we aren't just being efficient; we are bypassing the neural development required to judge if that answer is even correct.
