Krugman's Conversion on Minimum Wage
Krugman once said that higher wage floors lead to less demand for labor because companies can't afford to pay the higher wages demanded if the employees skills aren't worth that much. He notes, this is from his list, is now his conversion. Krugman fails to mention that in the 20 15 survey, he hyperlinks, 26 % of economists believe a flat 15 dollar an hour fede minimum wage would lower employment for low wage workers.
