Cruise Excursions on a Cruise Line?

When you go on a cruise they advocate these excursions. And all these things are very touristy because the businesses at these locations are trying to make money too. So usually on the cruise when we reach to an island or whatever we go off on our own and find our own enjoyment. I wouldn't recommend it.
