Alcaida

It's not really clear that alcada, when it did its first expansion in two thousand three, when started with the alcida and the aribian peninsula in south arabia. The different groups become franchises. They get instructions from above, but they maintain enough autonomy to act as they wish. And in the book, i'm trying to suggest that this is what alcaida tried to do, and try to explain whyi pick that method over the alternatives.
