Draft Capital Matters - Is JSN in the Top 10?

Since 2011 we've had 14 wide receivers drafted in the top 10. Of those 14 all but one of them gave us a season with 11 plus PPR points per game over their first three years in the league. The one who didn't was Kevin White because he couldn't find the freaking field. This is why draft capital matters. Drake London is currently projected to be a better prospect than Jackson Smith and Jigba. But it doesn't seem like that's a likely outcome right now.
