Jess phillips is a member of parliament for the Labour Party in England. She says she has always been labor through and through, but wants to be part of a progressive movement that brings people together. The party needs to move away from its tribal roots if it's going to have any hope of winning back voters who are tired of being told they can't do anything about their problems.
