Strategy Before Tactics

Chris: I look at this as it's strategy before tactics. Out of the six or seven solutions, which one is the most important to highlight? And so Gittano mentioned this, I would talk to customers, customers that churned. This is a huge insight for people. Most people are open to having a 10 minute conversation telling you the truth.
