Mark Arendz lost his left arm in a farm accident when he was seven. Now, the Para nordic skiier from PEI is one of Canada's most decorated Para athletes. With four races down and three to go in Milano Cortina, he reflects on how he's changed as an athlete since his Paralympic debut in Vancouver 2010.
