Biden is in Helsinki this morning, welcoming the newest member of NATO. The trip is meant to show NATO's expanding power and influence against Russian President Vladimir Putin. Biden's visit also marks a stark contrast to Donald Trump's trip to Finland's capital almost exactly five years ago.
