Will the White House Be Asserting Executive Privilege?
It'll be interesting to see how long the agreement between the current administration and the committee laghs over these documents. There's also the question of whether the white house will be as a sort of open and transparent and an waving or not, asserting executive privilege. And i think as the documents get a little further from some of the corps of what the jansix committee is doing, you might see the white house start to raise some objections. Then you're gong to be in a completely different posture of d o j and congresson on different sides.
