CNN's John Defterios reports on the U.N.'s COP 26 summit in glasgow, Scotland. He says it was meant to be a time for countries to make new commitments about reducing greenhouse gas emissions. But he says many nations were upset that President Obama let one change happen at the very end of the process and didn't allow any other changes.Defterios: We can keep the goal of limiting global warming to just one point five degrees celsius within our reach ifwe come togetherif we can get real on coal, caws, cash and trees.
