Designing a UX for a Website?
I was very surprised at how hard UX was the first time that I tried to design something for a website. Like there's just so much going on. So I try to take those two different things, the user's goals and then the business goals of like, what do we want them to actually be able to do? And I try to design a flow like that. This usually starts involving a lot of diagramming and sometimes also gets into things like using Post-it notes to kind of dump all the little bits and pieces of what could possibly happen,.
