OCaml: A Pass-by-Value Functional Programming Language

OCaml is a pass-by-value functional programming language. Anytime you want to make a mutable data structure or something mutable, you can with explicitly with a keyword. OCaml also has an object system that's very great and, you know, I'd never use it.
