I always treated things and kind of like 12 different systems that you have to kind of master from yo. I was probably pretty surprised we stayed around for, you know, we didn't sell out before the 12 years got im so walkus in side the negotiation. Y not being acquired, but working together to get bigger clients and really stream lining. And then after they kind of got the original, kind of like riht, these guys would take this. Then t they crafted up a letter ofi, and then we started going through, you know,. kind of the d diligence phase.
