The Importance of Empathy in Elevators

I'm thinking that this interview will actually help me describe what I do to other people because it's so easy for people to relate to elevators. Everything can be related to some part of what we're doing in a digital world as well, he says. The lift should have more empathy as it more more feeling for the situation and you know like not to close the door on your friend that your friend is walking up to the lift to join you in it or something.
