Leakage of Confidential Information Is Unprecedented
The chief justice has now confirmed that this is a document that shouldn't have been leaked, in his authentic early draft of something. And so it is, obviously it's a firing offence. It should be more than that. Anyone who's thoughtfuld understands the coordinate process. And it's truly unprecedented. We knew, i've served as a law clerk for two years for justas a warnburger, and we knew that we had really a very sacred trust of confidentiality.
