How to Find a Lead Advisor
The thought was I need to expand capacity and very specifically that capacity meant meetings for clients. And therefore, a lead advisor needed to be that person. So how did you go about trying to find the person or the role? What we used LinkedIn, Indeed, maybe a few other places to try to put the word out there. We didn't find a ton of people that we wanted to talk to. One of them was someone we really wanted to work with and he ended up saying no for various things in his own life.
